the print is of a watercolor originally done by Charles John Robertson and included in one of ten volumes known as 'Hooker's Fruits', which were commissioned by the RHS to help standardise the nomenclature of cultivated fruit. published in 1824.

in good condition. only flaw is some tears on the construction paper on the back of the frame, but does not affect integrity of the piece at all.
